**Job Title**: Primary Teacher

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop lesson plans in accordance with the school's curriculum and educational standards.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the varying needs of students.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Manage student behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement techniques where appropriate.
- Use a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
- Assess student progress through regular tests, assignments, and other forms of assessment.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on student performance and progress.
- Communicate regularly with parents to keep them informed about their child's progress and any areas of concern.
- Attend parent-teacher meetings and other school events as required.
- Participate in training and professional development activities to improve teaching skills and keep up-to-date with educational best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Teaching certification/license.
- Previous experience working with primary school-aged children is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with children.

**Qualification**:B.ED/BA or MA in English

**Requirements** : Good spoken and written communication in English

**Location**: with 5-7 kms radius

**Subject knowledge must be there**

**Basic computer knowledge**

**Experience** : 3-5 years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
