**Key Responsibilities**:
- Research and identify relevant online platforms (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.) to find new business opportunities.
- Create compelling proposals and bids for potential clients, showcasing the company’s services.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and secure projects.
- Negotiate terms, project timelines, and pricing with clients.
- Track and analyze the performance of bids and proposals, making adjustments for future opportunities.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
- Manage the entire bidding process, from initial inquiry to project handover.
- Meet sales and revenue targets based on project acquisitions.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in online bidding and business development on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, or similar.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and assess client requirements and submit tailored proposals.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- A good understanding of digital marketing, web development, and design services (or the industry you are bidding for).
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in project management or handling client communications.
- Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, or web development services.
- Familiarity with CRM and proposal management tools.
