**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Instructional Delivery**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences through online platforms.
- Use a variety of instructional strategies to meet diverse student needs and ensure academic success.
- Create and deliver lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and goals.
- **Student Engagement and Support**:

- Establish and maintain positive relationships with students to encourage their engagement and participation.
- Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback and support to ensure academic growth.
- Conduct regular virtual office hours to assist students with questions and provide additional support as needed.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Develop and administer assessments to evaluate student understanding and mastery of course content.
- Analyze assessment data to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to address gaps in learning.
- Provide grades and detailed feedback on assignments, projects, and assessments.
- **Technology Integration**:

- Utilize various educational technologies and online tools to enhance the learning experience.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in online education and integrate new technologies as appropriate.
- Troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during online instruction and provide solutions to students.
- **Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with students, parents, and school administration to report on student progress and address any concerns.
- Conduct virtual parent-teacher conferences to discuss student performance and strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources for online teaching.
- **Professional Development**:

- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices.
- Engage in professional learning communities to collaborate with other educators and share knowledge and resources.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure that all instructional activities comply with school policies and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, participation, and academic performance.
- Prepare and submit required reports and documentation in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with experience in online or distance education.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
