Responsible for performing welding and fabrication work on ship structures, components, and assemblies as per engineering drawings, welding procedures, and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform welding operations using SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, and FCAW processes as per project requirements.
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
- Prepare and set up materials and equipment for welding tasks.
- Carry out welding on hulls, decks, bulkheads, and other ship structures.
- Ensure weld quality and dimensional accuracy as per class and project standards.
- Conduct visual inspection of welds and assist in NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) as required.
- Maintain tools, welding machines, and work areas in proper condition.
- Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and yard regulations at all times.

**Requirements**:

- ITI / Diploma in Welding, Fabrication, or related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in shipbuilding, heavy fabrication, or marine industry.
- Knowledge of various metals (mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum) and welding positions (1G-6G).
- Ability to work from heights, confined spaces, and shipyard environments.
- Certification in welding processes (preferred but not mandatory).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
