Job Details:

- **Working Hours**: 10 hours
- **Shift Timing**: 1 PM - 11 PM
- **Positions Available**: 45

Compensation:

- **Trainee**: ₹10,000
- **Trainee Pharmacist**: ₹14,000
- **Pharmacist Levels**:

- **P1**: ₹18,500 CTC, Inhand - ₹16,365
- **P2**: ₹19,500 CTC, Inhand - ₹17,287
- **P3**: ₹20,000 CTC, Inhand - ₹17,735

Experience & Qualifications:

- **Minimum Experience**: 6 months in a similar role.
- **License**: Active Maharashtra State Pharmacy (MSPC) license.

Job Responsibilities:

- Accurately dispense prescription medications to patients following legal and safety guidelines.
- Provide comprehensive medication counseling to patients, explaining proper usage, possible side effects, and interactions.
- Maintain secure and compliant storage of all drugs by legal regulations.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking medications.
- Maintain and update patient records following legal and ethical standards.
- Participate in pharmacy quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
- Deliver excellent customer service to patients and collaborate effectively with healthcare providers.
- Exhibit a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
