About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop layouts, concepts, and 3D renders for company approval.
- Provide full **design + build (turnkey)** solutions with own execution team.
- Source, negotiate, and procure required materials, furnishings, and finishes.
- Supervise on-site work to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
- Coordinate and manage contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Ensure all safety, quality, and compliance standards are met.
- Deliver completed project on a **turnkey basis** as per approved design.

**Requirements**:

- 3-7 years of proven experience in **turnkey interior projects**.
- Strong portfolio showcasing completed design-build projects.
- Ability to mobilize and lead a skilled execution team (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, polishers, etc.).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or equivalent design software.
- Practical, street-smart, and results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Vendor management and cost negotiation experience is a must.

Contract Details

- **Compensation**: Negotiable, based on project scope
- **Deliverable**: Completed and furnished project ready for use
