**Facilitator (LB Nagar Center - Hyderabad)**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive soft skills training programs tailored to the needs of diverse groups within the organization.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in soft skills competencies among youth.
- Design engaging training materials, including presentations, handouts, and interactive activities, to effectively deliver content.
- Deliver training sessions in a variety of formats, such as workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Facilitate discussions and activities that promote the development of communication, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, time management, and other essential soft skills.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to participants to support their skill development journey.
- Collaborate with other team members to integrate soft skills training into existing programs and initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in soft skills training to continuously improve training content and methodologies.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant attendance, and outcomes for reporting purposes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience (1 years) as a soft skills trainer
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated proficiency in delivering interactive and participatory training sessions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt training content and approaches based on the unique needs of participants.
- Commitment to the mission and values of Bright Future
- Fluency in English, Hindi, Telugu is preferred.
