**About Us**:
Ginni Enterprises is a leading manufacturer of Rubber Automotive Components, specializing in high-quality rubber and silicon hoses, rubber molded products, and more. With a strong reputation in the industry, we are now expanding our reach and looking to bring on a passionate individual to help us grow.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through field visits and in-person meetings
- Promote Ginni Enterprises' product offerings to prospective customers, explaining their benefits and specifications
- Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and provide insights
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and other materials as required
- Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and schedule meetings to convert leads into customers
- Gather market insights, feedback, and competitor information to enhance our offerings and strategy

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and travel within the region as needed
- Previous experience in field marketing or sales, particularly in the automotive or manufacturing sector, is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills and a passion for building client relationships
- Self-motivated, with a goal-oriented approach
