This is a full-time on-site role for a Headmistress, Primary at The Cambridge Schools' Indirapuram, Ghaziabad campus. The Headmistress will be responsible for the day-to-day management and effective operation of the Primary section, ensuring that quality education and care is provided to all students. The Headmistress will also be responsible for maintaining a positive school culture, building relationships with parents and the community, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**:
Education, Pedagogy, and Curriculum Development skills

Experience in educational leadership and administrative roles

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to lead a team and collaborate with other school leaders, staff, and parents for the benefit of the school and its students

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to education

Master's degree B.Ed in Education, or related discipline

Experience working in an CBSE affiliated school will be an advantage

**Salary**: From ₹100,000.00 per month
