Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Conceptual Design:

- Prepare creative concepts for interior spaces of all pan India centers.
- Contribute ideas that align with all pan India centers completion goals.

2. Space Planning:

- Assist in space planning and layout design for all pan India centers.
- Create floor plans in Autocad.

3. Software:

- Utilize design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp)
- Assist in producing visual presentations.

4. Vendor Coordination:

- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to procure materials and coordinate deliveries.
- Maintain vendor relationships and stay updated on product offerings, negotiate the budgeting of each centre.

5. Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi/NCR/Outside Delhi: Reliably commute or plan to travel whenever required for space planning and during execution of complete all pan India centers from scratch till end.

6. Coordinate with the finance department:

- Ability to coordinate with finance department for coordinating payments of vendors and contractors.

7. Basic center repair and maintenance:

- Ability to take immediate action on basic center repair and maintenance work.

8. Basic Personality traits required:

- Willingness to learn
- Take up new challenges and
- Complete assigned work in time bound manner. (Meeting Deadlines)

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Portfolio showcasing design projects or coursework.
- Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp
- Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and material selection.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving design trends and technologies.

Pay: ₹12,166.36 - ₹40,000.00 per month
