Assist the senior accountants and finance team in preparing financial statements, reports, and analysis.
- Perform general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing procedures.
- Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and assisting auditors in their inquiries.
- Help with budgeting and forecasting activities, including variance analysis and cost control measures.
- Participate in the development and implementation of internal control procedures and policies.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and support decision-making processes.
- Stay updated with accounting standards, tax laws, and industry practices to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within the finance function.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Intermediate level of the Chartered Accountant (CA) program completed.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office Suite (particularly Excel).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Prior experience or internships in accounting or finance is a plus.

Shift 1: Rotational

7:00 pm to 4:00 am (Mar to Jun)

2:00 pm to 11:00 pm (Jul to Feb)

Shift 2: Evening Shift

2:00 pm to 11:00 pm (Full Year)

Shift 3: Night Shift

7:00 pm to 4:00 am (Full Year)

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
