**Mold setter need for Injection Molding**

**RESPONSIBILITY**:

- Plant 5s monitoring,
- Man power allocation,
- Training and evaluation,
- OJT,
- Production control monitoring,
- Raw material control monitoring,
- Waste control monitoring,
- Shift performance reporting,
- Trial taken and complete SMP, Trial report and sample quantity details
- Shift wise communication,
- SOP preparation & monitoring,
- Report to Assistant Manager / Senior Engineer (Production).
- Ensure that productivity with RoHS compliance parts
- Prepare OEE report and action report for not meeting
- Ensure that production peoples using PPE kits as per MSDS
- Shift wise Manpower reporting
- Control of all activities in Production, Production Planning,
- Work plan and plan execution
- Plant performance monitoring
- Production and assembly man power planning
- Ensure machine not to be idle meet 100% efficiency.
- Waste and COPQ monitoring,
- Co-ordination with management for implementation of IMS
- Assembly take time monitoring Ø NPD co-ordination in CFT
- Shift Schedule, Allotting manpower,
- Co-ordinate for control of NC products,
- Daily performance monitoring and Report to Plant Head.
- Monitor and report to HOD ECO objectives adherence
- Ensure the Availability of PPE elements and allocate to operator
- Display Operator work Instruction & its updation any changes Arrive the Raw Material Requirement and get from stores along with MSDS
- Work plan execution
- Manpower scheduling,
- Review the Daily performance report,
- Customer and In-house complaint monitoring,
- Waste analysis,
- Identify the training needs of the employee ,Training plan and scheduling,
- Ensure the Safety environment,
- Initial trial monitoring, Ø Prepare Skill matrix,
- Co-ordinate with Management for implementation of IMS
- Report to Senior Manager (Production).
- Shift communication note update dailywise.
- Ensure running part to keep in pallet near by machines
- Mold correction details to declare with MCR coordinate with quality.
- Issues to declare with plant head every week. AUTHORITY:

- Authorize to sign Attendance report of operators
