- Proven experience (2-5 years) as a **Soft Skills Trainer**, with expertise in communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt training methods accordingly.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and effective training methodologies.
- Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping individuals grow.
- Qualification - Bachelor Degree

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
