**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive sales and achieve loan disbursal & revenue targets.
- Manage and motivate a team of Sales Executives/Relationship Managers.
- Build strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.
- Ensure high-quality loan sourcing with proper documentation & compliance.
- Track sales funnel, lead conversion, and team productivity.
- Handle escalated customer queries and maintain service quality.

**Qualifications**
- Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA/Finance/Marketing preferred).
- 3-8 years of experience in **Loan Sales / Banking / NBFC**, with at least 1-2 years in a team leader/manager role.
- Strong knowledge of secured & unsecured loan products.
- Leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
