**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and interactive Chemistry lessons aligned with the curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board/IB - as applicable).
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and laboratory activities.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom and lab.
- Encourage and support student participation in science exhibitions, olympiads, and project work.
- Maintain accurate records of students' grades, attendance, and academic performance.
- Ensure the safe use and handling of chemicals and lab equipment.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in staff meetings, workshops, and professional development programs.
- Support school initiatives, parent-teacher interactions, and co-curricular activities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemistry or related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred or as per school norms).
- Minimum 1-3 years of teaching experience at the secondary or senior secondary level (Freshers with strong academic background may also apply).
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Strong understanding of laboratory safety and practical instruction.
- Technologically proficient and able to use ICT tools for teaching and assessment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
