- Follow standard recipes, portion controls, and kitchen procedures.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and available before each service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstation.
- Support senior chefs in menu development and new dish trials.
- Control wastage and practice cost-effective cooking methods.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely and smooth service.
