products, is seeking a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer and Motion Graphic

Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer and Motion Graphics Designer,

you will play a crucial role in crafting visually stunning graphics and compelling videos that

effectively communicate our brand's message and captivate our target audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and design team to create visually appealing designs

for digital and print media, including website graphics, social media assets,

packaging, promotional materials, and more.
- Develop innovative and engaging design concepts, layouts, and artwork that align

with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Utilize industry-standard design software to execute projects effectively.
- Ensure consistency in design elements, typography, and colour schemes across all

marketing collateral.

**Brand Consistency**:

- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's brand identity, style, and voice

to ensure consistency across all design and video materials.
- Ensure all visuals and videos adhere to brand guidelines and communicate a

cohesive brand story.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of the brand's visual identity by

suggesting improvements and staying updated on design and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- Strong portfolio showcasing your design and video editing skills, demonstrating

proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After

Effects).
- Good knowledge of video production techniques.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to

changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team

members.
