**Associate Game Artist**:
**Job Location**:Commerzone IT Tech Park, Yerwada - Pune.

**Required Experience**:1-2 Years

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating **2D illustrations**, including characters, environments, and in-game assets, maintaining high artistic quality.
- Support the team in developing engaging **2D animations**for game elements, enhancing player experience.
- Learn and work with **Spine 2D**to create and refine character and object animations.
- Collaborate with senior artists and developers to understand game art requirements and deliver assets accordingly.
- Adapt to various artistic styles and ensure consistency across projects.
- Optimize assets for performance and seamless integration into the game pipeline.
- Stay open to feedback and continuously improve by **learning new tools**, techniques, and industry best practices.
- **Communicate**effectively with team members and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the visual appeal of the games.

**Requirements**:

- Strong drawing and illustration skills, with an understanding of composition, colour, and character design.
- Basic knowledge of 2D animation principles and a keen interest in developing animation skills.
- Familiarity with Spine 2D or a willingness to learn it quickly.
- Technically inclined, with the ability to adapt to new tools and software efficiently.
- A strong personal portfolio showcasing digital illustrations, character designs, background art, and animations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and open to feedback and guidance.

**Nice-to-Have Skills**:

- Basic understanding of game development pipelines and asset optimization.
- Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, or other digital painting software.
- Exposure to UI/UX design for games is a plus.
