**Job Title: Receptionist for Time Office**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the office calendar.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and documents as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as required.
- Assist in managing employee attendance and time records.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information to staff and visitors.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum education: 12th grade pass or graduation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus.
**Working Conditions**:
