**Governance Reporting and Support** analyst is responsible for developing standard reporting to ensure sound, reliable, consistent information within the team to enable better management and decision-making in line with the expectations of senior management. The overall objective of this role is to contribute the larger **Identity and Access Management** (IAM) organization to increase effectiveness with process improvements, automation, and adoption of emerging technologies. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of information.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain standardized reporting to ensure reliable, and consistent information across the department, enabling better management and decision-making.
- Perform data analysis and governance requirements
- Assist team members with data collection, organization, and analysis, ensuring accuracy and completeness of research findings.
- Help provide comprehensive work effort reporting and analysis.
- Help prepare regular updates for senior management on the work effort status.
- Gather details to provide updates for senior management decision-making process in alignment with organizational goals.
- Perform data analysis for various reengineering initiatives
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement data management, workflows, and best practices to optimize processes and efficiency.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a large complex and/or global environment.
- Experience in management reporting and process improvement.
- Good analytical skills to evaluate complex activities and processes.
- Project Management experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in analytics tools: Excel, PowerBI and Tableau.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage at the senior management level.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Self-starter who is a quick learner of new tools and technologies.
