We’ve delivered successful digital projects for brands such as Radio City, Oyo Rooms, MX Player, Lokmat, and more. **Role Overview**: As a **Social Media Intern** at Optiminastic, you’ll be at the heart of our digital presence This role offers hands-on experience in creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and driving online engagement. We’re seeking a creative and enthusiastic individual ready to learn and make an impact in a fast-paced digital marketing agency. **Key Responsibilities**: **1. Content creation and posting** Skilled in handling professional camera and being in front of the camera. Collaborate with the social media team to create and post engaging content that aligns with the brand's tone, messaging, and objectives. Design posts, write captions, and ensure visuals are on-brand. **2. Engagement and community management** Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages (DMs), and mentions to build a strong community. Participate in conversations to engage followers, address concerns, and answer questions promptly. **3. Tracking and analyzing social media metrics** Track key metrics, including engagement rate, reach, impressions, and follower growth across all platforms. Compile weekly or monthly reports to identify trends, assess successful content, and pinpoint areas for improvement. **Other requirements**: 1. Demonstrated experience in content creation and posting, including designing posts, writing captions, and ensuring alignment with brand messaging. 2. Proven expertise in engagement and community management, actively responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions to build a loyal and engaged audience. 3.
