
Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and drive revenue growth for our lab-grown diamond jewellery business. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, driving sales, and representing our brand with professionalism and expertise.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for lab-grown diamond jewellery.
2. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication, follow-up, and personalized service to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
3. Product Consultation: Provide expert guidance and education to clients on the benefits of lab-grown diamonds, including their quality, sustainability, and value proposition, to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
4. Lead Generation: Utilize various channels, including networking events, trade shows, digital marketing, and referrals, to generate leads and expand the client base for our lab-grown diamond jewellery products.
5. Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing the beauty and uniqueness of our lab-grown diamond jewellery collections while addressing client needs and preferences.
6. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for product differentiation and market positioning.
7. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities using CRM software, and provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market trends.
8. Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to develop sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and product offerings that drive customer engagement and support revenue goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in luxury retail, jewellery, or a related industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Passion for jewellery and gemstones, with a keen interest in sustainable and ethical practices in the diamond industry.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
