**Profile - SMO Intern / Executive**

Preferred
- Experience working in IT Industry [for E-Commerce Industry, e.g., advertising, social media, corporate videos, etc.].

Experience: 1 Year Of Experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for increasing social media followers on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest and managing all company social media accounts.
- To create and manage all social media ad campaigns to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction.
- To research and analyze social media trends to improve social media presence, campaign efficacy, and areas for social media improvement.
- Develop relevant content topics to reach the company's target customers.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, blogs, videos, and written).
- Design, create and manage promotions, and Social ad campaigns.
- Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation.
- Demonstrate the ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan.
- Drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics.
- Knowledge of social media and analytics software (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.)
- Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance social media presence.
- Create and curate engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, or brand initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Coordinate and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Manage budgets effectively and optimize ad performance based on key metrics.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and design, to align social media efforts with broader marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficient in content creation tools and social media management platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Knowledge of social media advertising and campaign management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
