**Job roles & responsibilities**:

- Generating leads for counsellor’s pursual through various sources including events, outreach activities, sessions, workshops
- Assistance in student recruitment to direct and career desk counselors
- Supervision of all social media marketing activities and promotions
- Developing strategy for usage of company data to generate business
- Incharge of handling the Global Ambassador Program, organizing meetings with the student ambassadors, following up with them, and encouraging them for generating leads.
- Preparing presentations for Outreach, Promotion, and Marketing activities to be conducted.
- Develop and implement an integrated strategic communications plan to advance brand identity, broaden awareness of the program and increase visibility across key audiences
- Write, update, edit and oversee production and design of printed materials and develop and implement PR strategies.
- Event Coordination of Silver Fern’s signature events and Conducting sessions and engagement activities in career desk schools.
- Planning and organizing events for the career desk division and preparing various timesheets for all events.
- Ideation of events and sessions to generate student leads and enhance silver fern’s brand awareness.
- Creating annual, quarterly, and monthly timelines of the outreach plan.
- Conducting sessions and engagement activities in career desk schools.
- Maintaining a record of the budget spent on outreach activities.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years' of experience in outreach & promotions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
