Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop sheet metal components and assemblies for lithium battery packs, modules, and manufacturing equipment using SolidWorks software.
- Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models, ensuring precision and manufacturability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers and production teams, to integrate mechanical designs seamlessly.
- Optimize designs for cost-effectiveness, durability, weight reduction, and thermal management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety requirements, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct tolerance analysis and perform simulations to validate the design’s structural integrity and performance.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes.
- Support prototyping and testing activities, troubleshooting design issues, and implementing improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in sheet metal design, preferably in lithium battery or similar industries.
- Proficiency in CAD tools such as SolidWorks, CATIA, or AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, thermal management, and structural analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
