**Credit Decisioning Tribe **- Analyst Business**

**Primary Skills**:

- As a Business Analyst in the Credit Decisioning Tribe, the incumbent person should support the Analysis of business needs, challenge and find the Right Solutions, build effective user stories, model use cases, define/develop the functional flows, coordinate development of the solution and last but not the least participate in Testing the BD’s before implementation.
- Build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; proactively identify business improvement needs; determine and document Business processes/practices; monitor progress and results of development of solutions; adapt to competing demands will be key responsibilities of the role.
- Lead or participate in multiple Business Deliverables / Initiatives, by defining and developing needful Business documentations; manage the scope of the Product/scrum backlog; adjust schedules when necessary; support the PO in prioritization amongst others; determine daily priorities; ensure efficient and on-time delivery of stories/initiatives; follow proper escalation paths; and managing customer and supplier relationships are integral to the job responsibilities.
- Provide BA mentorship (i.e., build Domain and Functional knowledge) to squad members; Collaborate between Business and IT stakeholders; articulate new ideas and viewpoints to Product owner, peers and others stakeholders; hold self and squad accountable for results.
- Support the PO in defining the vision and direction of the Business requirements to the Agile development squad and stakeholders throughout the journey.
- Support the PO in ensuring that the squad always has an adequate amount of prior prepared/refined stories to work on
- Support the PO in Planning and prioritizing product feature backlog and development for the product/service/story/business deliverable.
- Support in defining road map and growth opportunities for the Domain, and thereby the Credit organization.
- Should also support in consulting engagement, by Assessing value of building new solution vs improving existing flows, for eg: and thereby deliver solutions with the highest Customer/User Experience
- Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful completion of Release/Sprint Goals
- Good understanding as well as hands on experience in Credit Risk Management Processes will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of the Domain modelling, Domain driven design concepts shall be an added advantage.

**Secondary Skills**:
**7 to 9 years of Business Analysis experience **, of which at least 4 years should be in Banking and Financial Services domain.
- Must have experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day complex operational requests from the business
- Strong project management Experience from a Business analyst perspective, having successfully managed multiple tasks at any given point
- Experience in Lending Process will be added advantage.
- Demonstrated fluency in business processes and process differentiation
- Knowledge in SQL, Agile Process like SCRUM is necessary.
- European Banking experience will be an added advantage.

**Qualification **- B.Tech/B.E., MBA.
