**Location**:Lower Parel, Mumbai
- Minimum 3 years - 5 years
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Good knowledge of using ticketing system and financial services industry
- only who have experience in BFSI sector
- Adept with the English language, excellent communication, and writing skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of character
- They should be confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to answer customer questions or resolve complaints.
- Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

**About Process**:

- One-point contact for any doubts/queries/issues that a customer face
- Clarify any doubts that the customer may have regarding his/her investments
- Liaising with the other departments to get the queries of the customers resolved
- Following up with other departments to get the queries of the customer addressed
- Ensuring that the defined service level agreements are met.
- Ensuring the turnaround time for the query resolutions is met
- Ensuring the information provided to the customers are accurate
- Ensure that the efforts are put in to update the standard responses and accordingly mapping them to similar queries
- Identify the areas of improvement and getting those implemented

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- BFSI: 3 years (required)
