**Job Summary**:
The Stores Executive is responsible for managing inventory and ensuring the efficient operation of the stores department. This role involves receiving, storing, and issuing materials and supplies, as well as maintaining accurate records of inventory levels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
- Conduct regular stock audits and assist in annual inventory counts.
**- **Receiving and Issuing**:

- Oversee the receipt of incoming materials, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Ensure the proper documentation for materials issued to production and other departments.
**- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain and update inventory management systems and databases.
- Prepare reports on stock levels, usage, and discrepancies.
**- **Coordination**:

- Collaborate with procurement to forecast material requirements based on production schedules.
- Liaise with production and quality control teams to address material-related issues.
**- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies within the stores area.
- Implement and maintain best practices for material handling and storage.
**- **Team Support**:

- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff within the stores department.
- Provide support to the Stores Manager in daily operations as needed.

**### Qualifications**:

- **Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
**- **Experience**:
Minimum of 1 experience in inventory management or stores operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
**- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
