To deliver the Coaching Curriculum within the Foundation Schools, in line with the BBFS philosophy, adhering to academy values & policies.
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan and deliver training sessions to allocated age group(s) as per the BBFS Foundation School Curriculum/Syllabus
- Ensure sessions focus on holistic development (technical, tactical, physical, mental & social)
- Prioritize safety, enjoyment, and learning in every session
- Promote maximum ball touches → more fun → faster growth
- Use “Guided Discovery” teaching style
- Ensure inclusivity regardless of level, age, gender, race, religion, or ethnicity
- Mark attendance in enJogo Dugout app and follow up with absent players
- Ensure game day follows BBFS philosophy; minimum two matches/month
- Provide equal playtime to all team members and prepare match reports
- Evaluate player development monthly
- Prepare and share quarterly development reports with Centre Head
- Collaborate with Centre Head and fellow coaches for events (matches, PCMs, Buddy Day, etc.)
- Plan and conduct trials with senior staff for Advanced/Development squads
- Build rapport with players and parents as per BBFS policies
- Encourage usage of enJogo app
- Embody BBFS Philosophy in all interactions
- Attend regular Refresher Workshops (online/offline)
- Promote fair play and discourage cheating, age fraud, doping, and substance use
- Maintain training equipment responsibly

- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
**Desirables**:
- Prior playing experience
- AIFF ‘E’ or ‘D’ License preferred - For Part Time coaches
- AIFF C or B License preferred - For Full time coaches
- Strong English (written/verbal), Hindi, and regional language skills
- Local residence preferred
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 3 - 6 per week
