**Position Summary**:
As a Team Member at Circle of Crust, you will be responsible for taking customer orders, preparing and baking pizzas, and ensuring that each order is delivered to customers with excellent service. You will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and a focus on quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:_
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, whether in-person or over the phone.
- Answer questions about the menu, ingredients, and special offers with clarity and enthusiasm.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience with a friendly and positive attitude.

**Pizza Preparation**:

- Prepare ingredients, including toppings, sauces, and dough, according to company standards.
- Assemble pizzas based on customer specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the prep area.

**Baking and Cooking**:

- Operate ovens to bake pizzas to perfection, maintaining high standards for cooking times and temperature.
- Monitor cooking progress to ensure pizza quality, adjusting as necessary.

**Order Delivery**:

- Safely and efficiently box pizzas for delivery or takeout.
- Ensure each order is complete and meets customer expectations.
- Hand over orders to customers, ensuring they are satisfied with their experience.

**Teamwork**:

- Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth running of operations.
- Assist in other areas of the store as needed (e.g., washing dishes, restocking supplies, etc.).
- Support team morale by maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

**Skills**:

- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

**Other Requirements**:

- The shift starts at 9:00 AM and is a 9-hour shift, with the last logout at 2:00 AM.
- You will work 6 days a week, with one weekday off. There are no weekends off, but you will have flexibility with which weekday you take off.
