Duties:

- Maintain and optimize Oracle Databases, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Provide expertise and support for other database systems, including MySQL and MS SQL Server.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues, including those related to infrastructure, network, and storage.
- Perform database tuning, capacity planning, backup, and recovery.
- Develop and enforce database standards, best practices, and security policies.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior DBAs and other technical staff.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience as a Database Administrator, with a primary focus on Oracle Database.
- Extensive experience with other database systems such as MySQL and MS SQL Server.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving complex database issues, including those related to infrastructure, network, and storage.
- Strong understanding of database security, backup and recovery, and performance tuning.
- Oracle Database certification is highly preferred.
- Cloud platform certification (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹180,497.44 - ₹235,835.90 per month
