Job Description: Relationship Executive - Charholi ,Pimpri Chinchwad

Position: Relationship executive

Location: Pimpri Chinchwad

Age: 25-35 years

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement:

- Reach out to potential clients via calls and generate appointments.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings to understand client needs and preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement.

2. Requirement Analysis:

- Understand and analyze client requirements for residential or commercial properties.
- Provide property recommendations tailored to client preferences and budgets.

3. Market Knowledge:

- Stay updated on the local real estate market, project developments, and competitive offerings.
- Effectively communicate the value propositions of various properties.

4. Sales Support:

- Conduct property visits with clients and provide detailed information about amenities, pricing, and location benefits.
- Assist clients in the decision-making process by addressing queries and concerns.

5. Documentation & Follow-ups:

- Guide clients through the booking process, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Maintain follow-ups with leads to drive closures.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 1-3 years in real estate advisory, sales, or client-facing roles.
- Qualification: Any graduate.
- Personal Attributes: Presentable, confident, and excellent communication skills.
- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for client visits.
- Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
