Job Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Initiate and manage outbound calls to potential clients within the matrimony industry.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our matrimony services and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.

Customer Engagement: Engage with prospects in a friendly and persuasive manner, building rapport to understand their needs and preferences.

Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches to encourage prospects to choose our matrimony services.

Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective telesales strategies.

Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with potential clients to nurture leads and facilitate the conversion process.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in the CRM system.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and share insights to enhance overall team performance.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
