**About the role**

The Talent Account Executive role at Rippling provides an extremely unique opportunity - we’re looking for talented and ambitious Account Executives who can both manage a high velocity sales cycle while also navigating a very strategic sales process. Working closely with the Account Management team, you will identify opportunities within our customer base and manage the end to end sales cycle.

**What you will do**
- Work closely with Account Management team to identify and cross sell opportunities within our customer base for our Talent products
- Manage pipeline in Salesforce to accurately forecast revenue
- Run sales calls with short deck presentation and detailed product demo
- Close business and achieve quota attainment consistently
- Act as a product expert and understand our positioning across the competitor landscape

**What you will need**
- BA/BS Degree
- 3+ years sales experience, particularly in SaaS markets selling B2B talent solutions
- Proven track record of success (top 10% of sales org)
- Experience working with a current install base in a high-velocity environment
- Experience selling ATS, Performance management software and/or familiarity with HCM/HRIS related products
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
