We are seeking a passionate and experienced Civil 3D and OpenRoads professional to join our team as a part-time or freelance trainer. This role is ideal for experts with knowledge in highway and infrastructure design who are enthusiastic about teaching and mentoring aspiring engineers.

**Responsibilities**

Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on Civil 3D and OpenRoads tools and workflows.

Teach core topics such as terrain modeling, alignment design, corridor development, drainage design, and model coordination.

Provide practical knowledge on using Navisworks and BIM 360 for clash detection, issue management, and 4D construction collaboration.

Guide students through real-world project tasks to ensure they gain hands-on experience.

Adapt training methods to suit students’ learning levels, from beginners to advanced professionals.

Assist students with doubts, project guidance, and industry-relevant insights.

**Requirements**:
Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and OpenRoads Designer, with a strong understanding of highway and infrastructure design workflows.

Experience with terrain analysis, corridor modeling, drainage design, and BIM collaboration tools.

Previous teaching or training experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to commit to a flexible schedule, including evenings or weekends if required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 - 12 per week
