**JOB PURPOSE:
Implementation and monitoring of Scrum processes across all our projects
Responsible for ensuring the team lives agile values

MAJOR KEY RESULT AREAS

Responsible to facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
Possesses conflict resolution, does conversation by focusing on scrum values of openness, honesty and respect.

ESSENTIAL / LIKELY EXPERIENCE

4- 5 years of experience should be as a Scrum Master.
Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
Ability to implement agile maturity matrix to objectively measure parameters and progress of agile adoption in the organization
Knowledge of tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc.
Good knowledge of scrum implementation on Jira and Microsoft Projects for scrum team and stakeholders to highlight key metrics of sprints and delivery
Good skills to coach team how to follow agile scrum
Understand the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.
Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices.
Knowledge of other Agile approaches, like: Kanban, Crystal, FDD, XP, etc.
