**Company Description**

- Design, develop, and maintain **automated test scripts** using tools such as **Selenium, JUnit, TestNG**, or similar.
- Collaborate with the QA team to **convert manual test cases into automated test suites**.
- Review and analyse system specifications to create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Execute both **automated and manual test cases** and evaluate the results.
- Identify, record, and track bugs using bug tracking tools (e.g., **JIRA, Bugzilla**).
- Work closely with developers and stakeholders to **reproduce, debug, and resolve issues**.
- Conduct **regression testing** through automation after code changes and enhancements.
- Participate in **code reviews** and **test plan reviews**, providing feedback to improve test quality and coverage.
- Ensure testing aligns with industry **quality standards** and best practices.
- Continuously **improve test automation frameworks**, scripts, and processes.
- Maintain clear **documentation** of automation processes and communicate effectively with the QA team.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ** 2-3 years of hands-on experience in automation testing**.
- Strong experience with **automation frameworks and tools** (e.g., **Selenium WebDriver, JUnit, TestNG, Maven, Jenkins**).
- Familiarity with **API testing** tools like Postman or RestAssured is a plus.
- Strong understanding of **SDLC and STLC**.
- Experience with **version control systems** (e.g., Git).
- Excellent **analytical and problem-solving skills**.
- Proficient in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive **test cases** and **test scripts**.
- Strong **communication skills** and a collaborative mindset.
