We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team in the dynamic trucking and logistics industry. The MIS Executive will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our information systems to enhance operational efficiency, streamline logistics processes, and support data-driven decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management**: Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of data related to trucking and logistics operations. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all systems.
- **System Integration**: Develop, implement, and maintain systems to integrate various logistics functions, including fleet management, route optimization, and shipment tracking.
- **Reporting & Analytics**: Generate and distribute regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), operational metrics, and other critical data points. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics operations. Support the development of new tools and solutions as needed.
- **Compliance & Security**: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to data security and privacy. Implement best practices to safeguard sensitive information.
- **Documentation**: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system processes, procedures, and configurations. Ensure proper documentation for troubleshooting and future reference.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Logistics, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in an MIS role, preferably within the logistics or trucking industry.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in database management and PCS.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing and analyzing data.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) and fleet management software.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and industry best practices.
