**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Marketing**:

- Promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals specializing in orthopedics and gynecology.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, and distributors.
- Regularly visit healthcare providers to educate them on product features and benefits.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Gain in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio and provide scientific information about the products.
- Address queries regarding products, including dosage, usage, and side effects.
- **Territory Management**:

- Plan and execute a territory-wise call plan for customer visits.
- Identify new business opportunities and ensure effective territory coverage.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Gather and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to provide insights for business development.
- **Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Submit daily and monthly sales reports to the Area Sales Manager.
- **Compliance**:

- Adhere to ethical marketing practices and regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
