**Job Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
- Assist HR/administration with maintaining employee and visitor records.
- Provide basic information about the company and services to walk-in visitors.
- Support other departments with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Coordinate with vendors and office support staff as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service-oriented and well-groomed.
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate or equivalent.
