**Responsibilities**:
- Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
- Preparing job description of the resource requirements
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
- Managing and coordinating the interview process.
- Onboard new employees to become fully integrated.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
**Required Skills**:
- Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter for minimum 2 years.
- Hands on experience with various selection processes
- Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) are desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Immediate Joiners preferred
