The Interior Site Supervisor will manage the day-to-day on-site activities of interior construction projects, ensuring that all tasks are carried out effectively and efficiently. This includes overseeing subcontractors, coordinating with various teams, ensuring adherence to design specifications, managing timelines, and ensuring safety and quality control.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Management**:

- Supervise on-site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, designs, and schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
- Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the project specifications.
- **Project Planning and Coordination**:

- Assist in planning and scheduling project milestones and tasks.
- Ensure the timely arrival of materials and workforce required to complete project tasks.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure the alignment of work activities with project deadlines.
- **Quality Control**:

- Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with design plans, standards, and regulations.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy, identifying and addressing any defects or issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high-quality workmanship.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Enforce safety regulations on-site, ensuring the well-being of all personnel.
- Conduct regular safety briefings and ensure adherence to company safety policies.
- Identify potential hazards and ensure that safety measures are in place.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed daily logs of work progress, issues, and any changes in the project scope.
- Report any site problems or delays to the Project Manager.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports, including status updates and completion timelines.
- **Stakeholder Liaison**:

- Serve as the on-site point of contact for all teams and external parties (e.g., clients, architects, engineers).
- Communicate any changes, concerns, or updates to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Attend project meetings and coordinate with the design team for any clarifications or adjustments required.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in site supervision or project coordination within the interior design or construction industry.
- Familiarity with interior construction practices and standards.
- Hands-on experience managing interior renovation and fit-out projects.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
