Draftsman

**Responsibilities**:
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and layouts based on design concepts provided by architects or senior draftsmen.

Collaborate with architects and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.

Create accurate and precise 2D and 3D drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

Develop and modify architectural designs based on redlines and markups provided by architects or project managers.

Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards in all drafting work.

Perform site visits to gather necessary information and measurements for accurate drawings.

Review and analyze technical specifications, sketches, and other relevant documents to extract necessary information for drafting.

Coordinate with other team members, such as architects, engineers, and contractors, to exchange information and resolve any drafting-related issues.

Maintain an organized library of drawings, files, and project documentation for easy retrieval and reference.

Stay updated with industry trends, CAD software advancements, and best practices in architectural drafting.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Draftsman in an architectural firm.

Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD.

Strong knowledge of architectural drawing standards, construction techniques, and building codes.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and error-free drawings.

Familiarity with 3D modeling software and rendering tools is a plus.

Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.

A portfolio showcasing previous drafting work will be an advantage.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
