**Roles and Responsibilities**

**B Tech / Diploma Civil **with **04 - 08 years **of hands on experience in executing structures like Flyovers, Bridges, Grade Separators AND **minimum 5 years of exclusive experience of Casting Yard operation including Pre casting of RCC/PSC Girders / Stressing Work etc,**
- Should have sound knowledge of **IS / IRC / MoRTH Codes / Standards / Manuals along with Contract Agreement **exposure.
- Knowledge of concrete mix designs and various aspects related to concrete technology.
- Knowledge of all the tests related to concrete.
