- Responsibilities_:
○ _Laboratory Management_: Supervise and conduct practical experiments facilitating hands-on learning experiences with proper safety protocols.

○ _Academic Support_: Provide academic support and guidance to students, addressing their individual learning needs and promoting a growth mindset.

○ _Lesson Planning and Resource Development_: Develop well-structured lesson plans, instructional materials, and resources as per the curriculum and to cater to diverse learning styles of the students.

○ _Collaborative Approach_: Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary content, share best practices, and contribute to the overall development of the department and the school.

○ _Parents Communication_: Maintain effective communication with parents, providing updates on students’ progress, addressing concerns, and encouraging parental involvement in students’ education.

- Qualification and Experience_:

- A Master’s degree in English, along with a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- 3 years of experience as PGT in a CBSE or ICSE affiliated school is preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of CBSE curriculum, examination procedures, and evaluation process and a passion for teaching.
- Strong pedagogical skills, with the ability to create a learning environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills to collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in using technology in the classroom and its integration of educational tools for effective instructions.
- Dedication to continuous professional development and a commitment to staying abreast of current trends and research.
- How to Apply_:
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
