Position: SEO Fresher
Location: Mohali Phase 8b

**Role: SEO Fresher (Trainee)**

A **final-year student** joining as an SEO trainee will gain hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) while assisting in various SEO-related tasks under supervision.

**Responsibilities:1. On-Page SEO**:

- Assist in optimizing website pages for better search rankings.
- Learn to conduct keyword research and implement keywords in content.
- Help in optimizing meta titles, descriptions, headers, and images.
- Work on improving site structure, URL optimization, and internal linking.

**2. Off-Page SEO**:

- Learn about link-building techniques and contribute to outreach efforts.
- Assist in directory submissions, guest blogging, and forum participation.
- Monitor and track backlink profiles and domain authority growth.

**3. Technical SEO**:

- Learn about website speed optimization and mobile-friendliness.
- Assist in identifying and fixing broken links and crawl errors.
- Understand and work with XML sitemaps and robots.txt files.

**4. Content Optimization**:

- Assist in writing SEO-friendly content and optimizing existing content.
- Learn about keyword density, LSI keywords, and readability improvements.
- Work with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are followed.

**5. SEO Tools & Analytics**:

- Get trained in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
- Monitor and report website traffic, keyword rankings, and SEO performance.
- Learn to analyze competitor websites and identify improvement areas.

**6. Local SEO (If applicable)**:

- Learn to optimize Google My Business (GMB) profiles.
- Assist in managing local citations and NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) consistency.

**7. Learning & Implementation**:

- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Basic understanding of search engines and how they work.
- Passion for digital marketing and SEO.
- Willingness to learn and experiment with SEO strategies.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with WordPress, HTML, or social media marketing is a plus.
