**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Generate B2B sales by approaching retail shops, distributors, and wholesalers
- Promote our fashion & lifestyle products in the market
- Build and maintain relationships with retailers for repeat business
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to brand growth
- Travel to nearby towns/villages (up to 50 km) for business meetings

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Fixed Salary: ₹11,000/month
- Fuel Allowance for work travel
- Incentives on sales + Target achievement bonus
- Potential earnings: ₹11,000 - ₹25,000+ per month

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred)
- Experience in B2B sales/marketing (Garments, Lifestyle products preferred)
- Must have 2-wheeler and valid driving license
- Good communication, negotiation, and networking skills

**Working Hours**: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
**Base Location**: Simrahi Bazar, Supaul, Bihar

**कार्य व जिम्मेदारियां**:

- रिटेल दुकानों, डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर और होलसेलरों से संपर्क कर B2B सेल्स बढ़ाना
- हमारे फैशन और लाइफस्टाइल प्रोडक्ट्स का मार्केट में प्रचार करना
- रिटेलर्स के साथ अच्छे संबंध बनाना और दोबारा ऑर्डर सुनिश्चित करना
- मासिक सेल्स टारगेट हासिल करना और ब्रांड की ग्रोथ में योगदान देना
- आसपास के शहरों/गांवों (50 किमी तक) में बिज़नेस मीटिंग के लिए यात्रा करना

**वेतन एवं लाभ**:

- फिक्स्ड सैलरी: ₹11,000/माह
- ऑफिस कार्य हेतु फ्यूल भत्ता
- सेल्स पर इंसेंटिव + टारगेट बोनस
- कमाई की संभावना: ₹11,000 से ₹25,000+ प्रति माह

**आवश्यक योग्यताएं**:

- न्यूनतम 12वीं पास (ग्रेजुएट को प्राथमिकता)
- B2B सेल्स/मार्केटिंग में अनुभव (विशेषकर गारमेंट्स, लाइफस्टाइल प्रोडक्ट्स)
- 2-व्हीलर और वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस आवश्यक
- अच्छी कम्युनिकेशन, नेगोशिएशन और नेटवर्किंग स्किल्स

**कार्य समय**: सुबह 9:00 बजे - शाम 7:00 बजे
**बेस लोकेशन**: सिमराही बाज़ार, सुपौल, बिहार
