Boiler Operator

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain steam and hot water boilers in accordance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.
- Monitor boiler performance, including pressure, temperature, and water levels, ensuring optimal operation.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on boilers, burners, pumps, valves, and other associated systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues related to boilers.
- Maintain records of operation, maintenance, inspections, and repairs for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Ensure proper water treatment and chemical levels in the boiler system.
- Respond to emergencies or system failures, taking corrective action to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the availability of hot water or steam for production or heating needs.
- Adhere to safety regulations and environmental standards, including proper disposal of hazardous materials.
- Assist with equipment upgrades or installations as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Boiler Operator or in a similar role.
- Certification as a Boiler Operator.
- Strong understanding of boiler mechanics, safety protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to perform routine inspections and maintain accurate logs.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations and manage emergencies calmly.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
