job summary:

- As an visa counselor, you should be up-to-date with the immigration laws and any changes with the same. Moreover, you should also be able to assist clients with fulfillment of medical checkups and any other mandatory requirements. As part of your job responsibilities, you should be able to keep the clients in the loop of their immigration status.

**Responsibilities**
- Communicating with clients and understanding their immigration requirements
- Helping clients in gathering and submitting the required documents
- Reviewing the submitted documents
- Keeping up-to-date with the industry changes and any alterations to the immigration laws
- Ensuring safe transportation and handling of pets, if any
- Advising clients on medical checkups and any other procedures required
- Assisting clients in finding appropriate courier facilities or with any other shipping requirements
- Maintaining an accurate record and invoices for the services provided
- Submitting documents to the respective authorities on behalf of clients
- Keeping clients up-to-date with their immigration status and communicating any foreseeable delays

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality or a related field
- 3-5 years of work experience as an Immigration Consultant, Travel Consultantor a similar role in the Travel & Tourismindustry
- Complete knowledge of the immigration laws, procedures, and other requirements
- Understanding of travel laws and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and research driven individual
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to offer excellent customer service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹9,562.86 - ₹30,247.40 per month
