Content Creation:
 Creation of reading-based learning content - handbooks, manuals etc

 Creation of PPTs, scripts and storyboards for video content

 Creation of assessments for evaluating learning impact

 Creation of all pieces of content that go on our learning platform

Content Management:

- Upload and organize learning content on the Learning Management System (LMS) platform.
- Ensure accurate metadata tagging and categorization of content for easy retrieval and seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with the product and technology teams to troubleshoot any content-related issues on the LMS.

Hygiene Quality Checks:

- Conduct thorough quality checks on learning content to identify and resolve hygiene issues, such as grammatical errors, typos, formatting inconsistencies, and broken links.
- Follow established guidelines and style standards to maintain the highest quality of content.

Internal stakeholder management:
 Coordinating with the project management team for regular planning, prioritizing, execution and delivery of projects

 Collaborating with the creative/media, content production team for vendor management and delivery

 Syncing up with the tech and product teams for regular insights on the user experience - what worked and what did not; and providing data-driven inputs to improve the content

Support Function:
 Participate in short-term, mid-term and long-term projects to faciliate ease in delivery

Job Specification
- Graduation/PG in any discipline along with B.Ed
- 2-3 years experience as Curriculum Developer, Subject Matter Expert, Content Designer etc
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and other basic tools
